D. Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation must be confirmed in writing. A processing fee of 10% of the paid tuition will be assessed. No refunds will be made if cancellation is postmarked less than 10 days before the course starting date. For online courses refunds are not available once passwords have been received giving access to the course material. In the event of a course cancellation by Pacific Pearl LaJolla, Atlantic Integrative Medicine, the University of Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine or Maharishi Ayur-Veda Association of America, full tuition refunds will be made.
